TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Purpose of Services

Roman Vitus LLC provides nutrition guidance, education, and program development. All recommendations are intended for general wellness support and lifestyle improvement. Services do not replace licensed medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Client Responsibilities

Provide complete and accurate information regarding health history, medical conditions, medications, allergies, and lifestyle factors.
Notify the company of any changes to health status throughout the program.
Follow all recommendations at your own discretion and communicate any issues promptly.

3. Scope of Practice

Roman Vitus LLC does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
Nutrition recommendations are educational and wellness-oriented.
Clients under the care of a physician must obtain approval before starting any new nutrition or fitness protocol.

4. Payment & Billing

All services are billed at the rates agreed upon at time of purchase.
Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
All sales on digital products, programs, and consultations are final and non-refundable.
Missed or canceled appointments without required notice may result in forfeiture of the session or additional fees.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Sessions canceled after this window may be charged in full.
Repeated late cancellations may result in suspension of services.

6. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary based on adherence, health status, lifestyle, and other factors. Roman Vitus LLC does not guarantee weight loss, performance outcomes, body composition changes, or specific measurable results.

7. Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential and used solely for purposes of providing nutrition services, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Assumption of Risk

Clients acknowledge that changes in diet, supplementation, and lifestyle may carry risk. By participating, the client accepts full responsibility for their choices and outcomes.

9. Communication Policy

Email and text support (if included in your plan) is for guidance, not emergency communication.
Response time may vary up to 48 hours.
Complex questions requiring deeper review may require a scheduled consultation.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials—digital documents, programs, PDFs, meal plans, protocols, videos, and templates—are the property of Roman Vitus LLC.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials.

11. Termination of Services

Roman Vitus LLC reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to non-compliance, inappropriate conduct, or misuse of programs. No refunds will be issued for violations of policy.

12. Agreement

By purchasing services, scheduling a consultation, or participating in any program with Roman Vitus LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

All purchases made through Roman Vitus LLC are final. Due to the nature of nutrition services, digital products, and personalized programs, no refunds are issued once a purchase is completed.

2. Digital Products

All digital downloads—PDFs, guides, programs, templates, plans, or any electronic content—are non-refundable.
Access is granted immediately upon purchase; therefore, returns cannot be accepted.

3. Coaching & Consultations

All coaching sessions, consultations, and nutrition programs are non-refundable once booked.
If a client misses a session or cancels without required notice, the session is forfeited.
Rescheduling is allowed only within the boundaries of the cancellation policy.

4. Subscription or Multi-Session Programs

Payments for multi-week or monthly programs are non-refundable once the program has begun.
Early termination by the client does not qualify for proration or credit.
If the company terminates service due to policy violations, no refund is provided.

5. Merchandise (If Applicable)

Physical merchandise may be returned only if defective upon arrival.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without providing Roman Vitus LLC the opportunity to resolve the issue is considered a breach of policy.
The company reserves the right to dispute improper or fraudulent chargebacks to the full extent permitted.

7. Program Satisfaction

While client satisfaction is a priority, results depend on adherence and individual circumstances. No guarantees or outcome promises are offered, and dissatisfaction with progress does not qualify for refunds.

8. Policy Agreement

By purchasing any service, program, or product from Roman Vitus LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
